As we celebrate today the 29th Anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the Philippines  and Moldova , H.E. Ambassador Frank R. Cimafranca made a courtesy visit to H.E. Ambassador Oleg Tulea of the Moldovan Embassy  in Budapest
