The ambassador was joined by his spouse, Madam Lucila C. Cimafranca, and First Secretary and Consul Ria E. Gorospe on this momentous occasion.
Moldova is one of the seven countries under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Budapest. The Philippines has a consulate in Chișinău, Moldova with Mr. Victor Gaina serving as its honorary consul.
